NEW QUALITY ENGINEER BASED IN REDDITCH. A leading Aerospace company, dedicated to inclusion, diversity, and sustainability, is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their dynamic team based in Redditch. The Quality Engineerwill be responsible for assembling a variety of company products to meet quality standards and deadlines. Responsibilities as a Quality Engineer in Redditch. Define, specify, and implement quality standards for manufacturing processes. Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams and less experienced engineers. Develop and implement corrective actions to improve process quality. Host source inspectors and customer auditors as required. Support both internal and external customers and suppliers. Requirements as a Quality Engineer in Redditch. HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering. Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience (aerospace industry preferred). Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and requirements. Familiarity with machining, assembly operations, SPC, APQP, and quality assurance systems (ISO 9001, AS9100).
