Hours:
Monday - Friday (40hrs a week) Start:
ASAP We are looking for a commercial boiler engineer to join the commercial servicing department to deliver servicing, repairs and planned preventative maintenance on commercial boilers around Surrey, Hampshire & Middlesex
As part of this role you will be required to identify faults/issues and repair these to a high standard - the ideal candidate must have experience in plant rooms, commercial systems and have full commercial gas qualifications
Main Requirements:
Analyse faults / issues and identify appropriate tools and materials for repairs using saws and pipe cutters as necessary Write reports documenting any faults and a summary of action taken Perform inspections on plumbing systems to identify worn parts Upgrade / repair heating and hot water services Replace / repair pipework, tap stats, isolation valves and mechanical plant where required Complete and maintain site logs (written and electronic) Responsive callouts associated with heating / hot water systems, delivering a high level of first time fix There is a compulsory call out rota - 1 in 5
Call out retainer - £450/week
Candidate Specification Minimum 3 years' experience in the industry Relevant commercial boiler qualifications (City and Guilds, NVQ) Current ACS elements Full driving Licence Gas Safe Must be willing to travel Company Benefits Company van provided Fuel card provided Plant provided Van stock provided Uniform, mobile phone & tablet provided Paid weekly 25 days holiday + bank holidays Company pension - 3% company contribution, 5% personal contribution The salary on offer is between £46,000 - £48,000k depending on experience If interested, please apply online or call Ben on 0203 006 8404 / email ben.hewlett@strong-group.co.uk
