Bradford Scope: Esh Living is a social housing division within Esh Construction and carries out works ranging from minor refurbishment to large scale re-development of existing housing stock, including Greenfield and Brownfield new build developments. Esh Living strives to provide a quality product for its client, within agreed timescales and budgets, and works particularly close with our client’s Asset Managers and Development Managers to ensure full customer satisfaction is achieved. Esh Living ensures the Health & Safety executive requirements are met and safe working practices are endorsed. Overall Objective: To ensure that the overall construction process is effectively, safely and efficiently managed. Key Accountabilities: Ensure the delivery of projects to agreed timescales Ensure the delivery of projects are within budget requirements Ensure the delivery of projects to an exceptional quality standard Ensure H&S on site is adhered to at all times Plan and coordinate resources to ensure site runs effectively and efficiently Plan and coordinate all work for subcontractors Feedback regularly to Contracts Manager on New Build matters Submit weekly timesheets to payroll – where applicable Ensure site employees are appropriately trained It is not possible for this document to totally encompass or define all tasks that may be required of the post holder. The outlined duties may therefore vary from time to time without materially changing either the character or level of responsibility.
