In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and growing our UK Consultancy & Engineering team, ensuring high impact client engagement and the delivery of outstanding technology consultancy services. You will: Lead a team of 300 professionals, mentoring and inspiring them to achieve their full potential while fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development. Drive the strategic vision for Consultancy & Engineering, aligning it with the Group Professional Services strategy to ensure business growth and excellence. Drive P&L growth, ensuring client and employee satisfaction. Work closely with the sales team to identify and convert new business opportunities and develop compelling service offerings. Oversee governance and quality control to ensure excellence in client delivery. Actively contribute to Group Professional Services leadership decisions and initiatives. Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring client needs are met effectively. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

A proven track record in technology consulting, with extensive experience in delivering client satisfaction, revenue and profit growth, and employee engagement. Expertise in driving transformational change and developing high-performing teams. Deep understanding of professional services solution areas including Workplace, Datacentre & Hybrid, Cloud & Apps, Networking, and Security. A strong background in P&L management, with the ability to meet financial targets and drive profitability. Experience working with sales teams to grow client accounts, identify new opportunities, support major project bids, and develop compelling service offerings. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A strong leadership presence, with the ability to inspire and motivate a large team while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
