Warehouse First Line Manager

to join our Dunelm site in Stoke. You’ll be responsible for leading your team to achieve business goals through focusing on continuous improvement and promoting a team-based culture. This is a full-time, permanent position, where you’ll be working an ‘any 5 from 7’ day shift pattern, typically Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday. The hours of work will be 14:00 – 22:00. £28,000

Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the warehouse in your area; you’ll lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve targets. Proactively support the site and customer’s continuous improvement initiatives, acting as an advocate on site for cultural change. With a good understanding of Health & Safety, you’ll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings. Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to fully understand our customer and company requirements, incorporating them into all planning and reporting tools, activities, and projects.
