Job Description The opportunity available is for an experienced Senior Videographer & Editor for our Ecommerce Studio with managerial experience to work with the Creative Lead to elevate our content and output of the department, setting the bar high working with stakeholders to enable results. The candidate will need to be passionate about delivering results and elevating the customer experience. This is a fast-paced environment with huge potential for being able to identify and solve problems, adding value to the business and making a huge impact. Leading a small team of Videographers across multiple inhouse projects. Managing the art working and uploading of video content for digital screens across the Groups Fascias. Creating video content for social media - This may include Tiktok videos, highlights reels, vlogs and promotional group content. Maintaining, updating & evolving all Frasers group image guidelines plus making sure these are met, within the teams. Organising your own personal daily workloads and deadlines as well as your team. Being mindful of the effects we can all have to maximize the commercial success of the studio and the wider business. Filming content for videos such as behind the scenes footage, on the fly videos, promo videos (all equipment will be provided - DSLR and broadcast video camera, lenses, gimble, lighting and mics). Practical knowledge and experience of working with video production equipment including sound and light. Excellent knowledge and experience of working with Premiere Pro and After Effects - essential. Using departmental tools to log work produced with the team. Liaising with wider teams & stakeholders on group project work. Ability to work independently and manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Ability to work flexible hours when required including weekends and evenings for events. For your application to be progressed, please also include a show reel within your application. Qualifications Excellent knowledge of Photography, Videography, Video editing and Lighting & Sound. Excellent knowledge of video camera systems and latest releases. Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite and its tools. Collaboration with other team members, from entry level through to Studio management. Excellent Communication skills, planning and time management. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
