We aim to become the industrial leader for cross-border ecommerce in the next 10 years and a global leader in the next 20 years to help brands, retailers, and manufacturers expand in the overseas market through digital channels. The job will suit an ambitious and dynamic character who is willing to work hard in a complex and fast-moving environment. Our marketing channels are key for our online growth, and we are looking for someone who is capable of managing the day-to-day activities and implementing their own growth strategies for Unineed on the individual platform. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and develop the digital marketplace stores with a responsibility for store revenue and shop health. Actively maintain strong shop health and experience score, while consistently reporting on progress. Create and manage product listings, identifying opportunities for new products, pricing, and stock management. Identify pricing opportunities to strike a strong balance between margin and volume. Work with warehouse teams in the UK and US to manage stock movements to support individual channels' growth. Pay careful attention to detail and respond quickly to new trends to capture sales growth and maintain stock levels. Identify and develop new and existing relationships with creators and agencies to ensure active promotions of Unineed products. Logistics management to create and track shipments and follow up with any delays. Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant field. Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Be exceptionally data-driven to evaluate performance and monitor competition. You need to be a visionary and understand Unineed's long-term global vision. Impressive leadership skills. Outstanding analytical skills. Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders both internally and externally. Strong commercial awareness, high attention to detail, and accuracy in reporting information. Ability to build trust and develop strong relationships both internally and externally. Job Type:
