culture code. What you do This role goes beyond traditional influencer project accounting. As we integrate new systems, this position will evolve over the next 18 months. Initially focused on influencer projects, it will expand to include broader revenue and business partnering responsibilities. Revenue recognition: Review and approve invoicing with client partners & global finance teams (GFCC). Conduct contract reviews, ensuring compliance and clarity. Monitor internal systems to ensure campaigns have complete and accurate data, staying aligned with business objectives. Chase POs to ensure campaigns are invoiced before they begin. Ensure accurate revenue recognition based on SOWs, including managing accrued and deferred income in line with global accounting policies. Reconcile WIP, accruals, and campaign third-party costs. Oversee cross-charging of third-party costs across territories for accurate reporting. Complete balance sheet reconciliations related to campaigns. Manage AR and credit control for timely receivables and credit risk management. Handle month-end revenue reporting and ensure compliance with finance controls.
