Field Application Engineering Manager - EMEA

As the Engineering Leader, you are responsible for the success of support for all existing EMEA customers in 1.0 and 2.0 – standard and custom projects. You will also be tasked with winning new business in 1.0 and 2.0 standard and custom to deliver rapid growth of the EMEA business. This role requires collaboration across Densitron teams in complex cultural and matrix environments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Extensive travel, inspiring internal stakeholders, and training and developing not only the sales team but also other FAEs will be essential as we grow. As an international company, we operate across many sectors, with a current focus on the Broadcast and Medical sectors. In Europe, we have a strong foundation of brand-name customers in the Industrial, Test & Measurement, Transportation, and Medical spaces. We are developing new business opportunities in conventional broadcast applications such as Studios, TV, Radio, and House of Worship applications for Human Machine Interface (HMI) solutions. Your role will link to global teams for the successful growth support of Densitron group customers across Europe. Responsibilities

Total customer retention – Delight existing customers with support and engineering innovations to ensure that EOLs are re-won and that customers are satisfied with their experience of Densitron products and engineering. High win rate of all RFQs – Provide fast and thorough support to the sales team to deliver competitive solutions for our customers across all product sets (excluding 3.0 IDS). Pre-sales support – Assist customers, prospects, and sales team members in understanding products and perform product demonstrations for various applications/use cases. Develop and manage the FAE team – Inspire and motivate colleagues in your department to achieve high standards. Project management, resource forecasting, and engineering administrative maintenance – Be the single point of engineering contact with a full grip of all engineering-related items for EMEA and maintain supporting admin such as engineering documentation. Participate in technical meetings and prepare training programs for the sales team. Qualifications and Experience

Knowledge and experience of LCD displays (Essential) Knowledge and experience of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and related hardware (Essential) Knowledge and experience of development and implementation of BIOS/firmware, and application software integration Knowledge and experience of development and implementation of embedded system design using x86 and ARM architectures, and related operating systems Linux, Windows 10, Android, etc. Embrace a customer-centric mindset and be comfortable in an outward-facing role Maintain knowledge of industry trends and resolve design issues Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills Experience with MS Project, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management tools Degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualifications
