NVQ3 in Adult Health and Social Care You can find Springfield House in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside, on the edge of the village of Codsall. With tranquil surroundings, Springfield House is a warm and inviting residence for our residents to call home. Key Responsibilities
Assisting residents with personal care, daily hygiene routines, daily activities, and supporting residents with mobility. Administering medication and monitoring its effects. Leading the care team to ensure care plans are followed. Ideal Candidate
Ideally have an NVQ3 in Adult Health and Social Care and a minimum of 1 year’s experience as a senior care assistant, although this is not essential. Be an excellent communicator with the ability to work well with others. Benefits
