Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented All-Inclusive Resort Planner to join our team. In this remote role, you will specialize in designing and coordinating all-inclusive resort vacations for our clients, ensuring they have a stress-free and memorable experience. Communicate with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and desired experiences for an all-inclusive resort vacation. Resort Planning:

Research and recommend all-inclusive resorts that best fit the client’s needs, including accommodations, dining, and activities. Booking and Reservations:

Handle all aspects of the booking process, including resort accommodations, transportation, and any special requests. Travel Documentation:

Verify clients have all necessary travel documents, itineraries, and resort details. Customer Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after their trip, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Vendor Coordination:

Collaborate with resort partners and travel vendors to ensure a seamless vacation experience. Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise during the client's trip. Market Research:

Stay updated on the latest trends in all-inclusive resorts, destinations, and travel promotions. Follow-Up:

Conduct post-trip follow-ups to gather client feedback and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications: Experience in travel planning, particularly with all-inclusive resorts, is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously. Willingness to learn how to use the travel booking systems and online research tools. Passion for travel and providing exceptional customer experiences. Familiarity with travel industry standards and best practices. Required knowledge of popular all-inclusive resort destinations through training provided.
