Applications are welcome for a fixed term Locum Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology working 10 sessions per week at Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary (DGRI) which is available immediately until 31st October 2025. This vacancy is to cover a planned career break. The post-holder will be working a non-resident on-call rota and will be expected to undertake a mixture of general gynaecology and obstetrics duties. We are keen to recruit a candidate who will work well within our team.
The successful candidate will join a team which currently comprises five Consultants, five Speciality Doctors, and three Specialty Trainee Doctors, who provide a range of specialist services and excellent educational opportunities in a beautiful area of south west Scotland.
