Senior Portfolio Manager
to join our Property and Operations team on a permanent basis. The post holder will report to the Contracts & Operations Director, with responsibility and accountability for the performance of a Regional property portfolio. The Senior Portfolio Manager will lead, empower, and manage their direct reports in fulfilling the responsibilities in the Head Tenant role and the landlord role to the building's tenants, who have the responsibility for specific buildings. They will provide support and guidance for their direct reports in managing their local delivery teams as part of the building management function and serve as principal contacts for tenants in our buildings. Key Responsibilities: Act as both the escalation and resolution point for any property and operational issues. Oversee the day-to-day running of the Regional property and operations team. Identify and deliver service improvements. Ensure required operational compliance, standards, and services are delivered across their Region. The role will be based in any of our North East locations.
