We have an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Exhibitions department as a Sales Executive. We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-centric individual to join our hard-working and high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing and building an extensive pipeline, and upselling existing accounts for our market-leading B2B food & drink trade exhibitions, as well as promoting other opportunities across the William Reed portfolio. What you'll be doing: Develop a deep understanding of the UK food & drink industry. Keep up to date with market trends to understand our clients’ marketing requirements. Use account management skills to gain trust and build long-term relationships with customers. Create tailored proposals to sell exhibition space, sponsorship and digital opportunities to both existing clients and new business. Achieve and maintain high activity, including calls, emails, meetings, LinkedIn and face-to-face where required. Achieve and surpass individual and team revenue targets. Maintain and build an existing sales pipeline and keep the CRM system updated. Accurately report progress through weekly sales reports and forecast revenue projections. Attend William Reed exhibitions and competitor events to maintain relationships, expand the database and prospect for new business. Requirements:

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to talk confidently to people that you have never met. Have a love of learning and be interested in how current affairs and global changes can affect a variety of industries. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a motivated sales team. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be a strong team player and ability to work under pressure. Have an entrepreneurial flair with a determined outlook and a desire to deliver results. Other information:
