The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:
Advising public sector clients on property development and regeneration projects
Drafting and negotiating key property agreements and contracts
Managing a varied and complex caseload, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
Working closely with clients to provide strategic legal advice and solutions
Supporting senior colleagues on larger projects and contributing to team growth
Supporting on business development
Profile
The Commercial Property Solicitor should have:
A solicitor with 2+ years PQE in commercial property law
Experienced in advising on development and regeneration projects
An interest to work for a national law firm
Ties to Leeds
Strong communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
Able to manage a varied workload and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
Job Offer
An estimated salary range of £58000 - £68000, GBP annually.
