Lead a busy high volume venue as a Senior General Manager
Manage large teams both Front and Back of house
Exceed in future planning for the business
Lead from the front
Continually drive standards of food and drink service forward
The Requirements
Strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy high volume environment
Proven experience in a similar large venue
Guest service driven, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile
Experience from a full service restaurant
Experience managing a large team is a must
Engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is essential
