Compliance with Health & Social Care Act Leadership and People Management Manage budgets to ensure resources are used to best effect, in line with company policy and procedure. Effectively manage relationships with residents, families, local community and visiting professional bodies. Ideal Candidate
Assist and guide the care teams to provide a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for both residents and their relatives Have an active NMC PIN with prior nursing experience Be an excellent communicator and the ability to work well with others Benefits
