Role
Our client is a rapidly expanding fibre broadband contractor dedicated to delivering exceptional connectivity to homes and businesses. The have a number of vacancies offering you the opportunity to grow your career within the dynamic fibre industry.
As a Fibre Home Installation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in connecting customers to high-speed fibre broadband. You'll ensure installations are carried out efficiently, to the highest standards, and with a customer-focused approach, as you will be working inside clients' homes.
Responsibilities
Installing and configuring fibre optic broadband systems in residential properties.
Testing and troubleshooting to guarantee optimal system performance.
Educating customers on system usage and addressing any queries.
Adhering to safety and quality standards during installations.
Maintaining accurate records of completed work and reporting issues promptly.
Requirement
SA001, SA002, SA007, SA008, Confined Spaces, and NSWRA/SLG are essential.
Previous experience in fibre installation or telecommunications is preferred.
Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with fibre optic tools and systems.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
Full UK driving license.
