This role will require your presence in the our Leeds office 3 days a week. The successful candidate will take on the responsibilities of the role within the Turner & Townsend FP&A team. They will be responsible for the consolidated management financial planning and analysis, enabling an already established and effective team whilst upholding robust controls, and delivering timely and useful management information and analysis. Turner & Townsend’s group finance function which includes the FP&A team are bolstering capacity and capability due to the recent business transfer from our CBRE partners which is set to increase EBITA by almost 100%. This is set to go live from 01/01/25. Responsibilities:
Efficient, accurate and timely consolidated management reporting and related analysis on a periodic basis, including: Consolidated forecasting of the newly combined business. Consolidated budget preparation and analysis. Regional and cost centre analysis of actuals and forecasts. Fluctuation analysis and understanding. Oversight of Key Client and Sector Reporting. Understanding and succinct analysis of the financial performance across the Group. Preparation of Board and Committee packs to a very high standard and in a timely manner. Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by senior leadership. Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, including working closely with Regional Finance Controllers. Line management and supervision of Analyst and Assistant Analyst roles. Working in accordance with our behavioural values. Adhering to our accounting manual and working in accordance with relevant accounting standards as required. Qualifications
A professional Accountancy Qualification with evidence of up-to-date knowledge and experience. Capable of demonstrating the ability to communicate, present to and challenge effectively with senior stakeholders and board members where necessary. Must be comfortable with working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. Must demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to change. Excellent working knowledge of Excel is essential in this role.
