Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimising supply chain processes and ensuring efficient systems management. This position requires a strong understanding of supply chain principles and the ability to vaticinate future trends to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities Develop and implement traffic management plans across the UK. Analyze data to inform strategic decisions regarding traffic flow and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless traffic management. Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions as necessary to enhance efficiency. Prepare regular reports on planning activities, including forecasts, inventory status, and production schedules. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce waste. Experience Proven experience in traffic management or planning roles is essential. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail. Experience in vaticinating market trends will be considered an advantage.
