These properties can be found in London, Edinburgh, and Glasgow, providing guests with a comfortable and luxurious experience. What you will be doing as a Maintenance Technician:
As a key member of our Maintenance Department, you will take responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, overseeing and carrying out all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities. You will ensure that jobs are completed efficiently to meet our guests’ expectations during their stay. You will be critical to the engineering and maintenance operations of the property, ensuring the safety and security of the property and people by coordinating and implementing procedures and regulatory follow-ups. You will be responsible for planning and overseeing all repair and installation activities, including fire safety installations, while contributing to the optimisation of the property's results. You must have a comprehensive knowledge of and ensure compliance with all statutory local legislation and regulation, particularly H&S, building regulations, and Fire Safety. You should be a good communicator, able to work effectively as part of a motivated team, and have proven experience in a similar role with a solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc. A hands-on attitude coupled with attention to detail is essential.
