- REQ OVERVIEW Are you passionate about all things Fitness? Could you provide knowledgeable advice and deliver a fantastic service to our Leisure members and guests? WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR … We are on the lookout for an incredible Fitness Consultant to join our talented Leisure team. Excellent communication skills are a must as you will be the point of contact for our members and guests visiting our Leisure Club ensuring each and every person receives the very best, first-class treatment. A minimum level 2 gym instructor qualification is essential. WHAT YOU’LL DO … You will deliver the best possible experience for all members and guests that walk through the door to ensure they are all training with a smile on their face, whilst helping them achieve their fitness goals by designing training programmes and conducting regular motivational sessions. At all times you will ensure the highest standard of tuition and advice.
