Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
to join a well-established and highly reputable law firm in Leighton Buzzard, Bucks. You will be given the opportunity to work for an excellent and well-respected private client department regionally, with a very nice and friendly team, and excellent flexibility. The ideal candidate must:
Have 3+ years post-qualifying, in relevant area of practice Be experienced with handling a caseload of: Sales Purchase Leaseholds Freeholds Remortgages Transfers of equity If you do not have experience in a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. However, please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered. Personal attributes:
A client-centered focus and proactively maximizing client relationships A can-do, motivated & positive attitude Excellent communicator both written & oral On offer is to work from home 2 days per week, in an excellent and supportive residential property department, with professionals of all levels, as well as many more perks including private medical, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, and hosting a lot of internal events.
