Inspire and lead a team of up to 10 Field Sales Consultants across a diverse and thriving territory. Grow business: Drive revenue through account management, customer retention, and acquisition. Hit targets: Ensure your team achieves monthly sales, gross profit, and KPI goals. Develop talent: Train, coach, and mentor your team with at least 70% of your time spent in the field and 30% working from home. Strategize and execute: Create and deliver a clear business plan with SMART goals. Build relationships: Establish trust with existing customers and attract new business through consultative sales techniques. Analyse and improve: Use data to identify trends and continuously improve performance. Qualifications:
Proven experience managing and motivating sales teams to success. Strong consultative sales skills and a track record of achieving results. A flexible, results-driven attitude with the ability to work under pressure. Full UK driving license (essential) and a willingness to travel extensively, with overnight stays (8+ nights per month). Excellent communication and organisational skills. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent IT skills. Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Package: £33,825 base + generous bonuses (OTE £49,000). Holidays: 24 days, increasing by 1 day up to a maximum of 29 days.
