IT Field Service Engineer

to join our team. This role involves installing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of IT systems and dental imaging equipment at customer sites across Great Britain. It requires frequent travel and occasional overtime, offering hands-on experience and in-service training to support your professional growth. About the Role This is a UK-based field engineer position, ideal for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys being on the move. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and dental imaging solutions for our clients, delivering exceptional technical support and customer care. Key Responsibilities: Installing and configuring IT hardware, software, and dental imaging equipment. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site, including IT network and connectivity problems. Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on imaging systems and IT infrastructures. Coordinating with the service desk and other teams to meet agreed service levels. Providing guidance and training to clients to ensure effective use of installed systems. About You We are looking for someone with a "can-do" attitude who is eager to learn and deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have: IT Support Skills:

Experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving IT issues, including networking, hardware, and software. Outstanding customer service skills, with empathy and patience. Experience managing issue resolution to meet SLAs. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Requirements Hands-on IT skills and basic engineering knowledge. Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. A clean UK driver’s license. Proof of your right to work in the UK. Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across the UK. Reside within a commutable distance of Gillingham, Kent. Position Details Pay:

£30,000 - £33,000 per year DOE. Contract:
