Good General Education (eg. GCSE English and Maths A-C) GCSE Level 9-4 Diploma level or equivalent or a combination of degree and further experience, or equivalent in-depth experience, in a field associated with customer services, complaints handling, risk management, social care, diversity or legislation. Experience of working in the volunteer sector, including managing/supporting volunteers Experience of carrying out interviews. Experience of engaging people from a wide audience with different backgrounds, needs and motivations Experience of problem solving and conflict resolution. Experience of developing and delivering training events and programmes. Experience of working with challenging behaviour. Experience of administrative support Experience in the development and implementation of new programmes of work Experience in managing multiple, complex projects Experience of working in a changing environment Desirable criteria

Experience of the NHS and how volunteers are key to delivering the NHS agenda Experience of public engagement Experience with HR and recruitment practices Skills and Knowledge Essential criteria

Ability to prioritise and manage workload Proficient at IT Skills including MS Office Committed to looking for opportunities to continuously improve Familiar with time management resources such as Microsoft Planner, Trello etc. Desirable criteria
