NMC Pin THIS WILL BE A MIX OF DAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS Nestled in the heart of the market town of Buckingham, Hamilton House is a beautiful older property that has been renovated to create a homely, welcoming space for our residents to relax and enjoy life. Key Responsibilities
To be responsible for the safe administration and recording of all medication prescribed by the resident’s medical practitioner. To lead the care team and ensure all residents are cared for to the highest possible standard. Providing round-the-clock care for residents, including monitoring their mobility, food and fluid intake, and level of dependency. Developing and implementing care plans for residents, and reviewing them on a monthly basis. Ideal Candidate
Assist and guide the care teams to provide a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for both residents and their relatives. Have an active NMC PIN with prior nursing experience. Be an excellent communicator and the ability to work well with others. Benefits
