We are looking for people with technical experience in UK medium to large residential led schemes in delivery stages. Good Revit skills are essential. About You
ARB registered architect At least 3 years of proven experience post-Part III Experience in the role of Project Architect leading on medium to large scale mixed-use residential projects from RIBA Stages 4 – 6 Experience in chairing Design Team Meetings and Workshops Experience in a client facing role, leading day-to-day communication with clients and external consultants Experience in managing internal project teams as well as managing the design coordination with external consultants, including good time management skills and experience in design programming Strong technical design and specification knowledge Has a good understanding of current Building Regulations and other relevant statutory standards and guidance Advanced knowledge of Revit is essential Salary + Benefits
