We recognise that recovery from acute mental illness is best met within a person's own home, so we strive to provide safe, intensive mental health treatment and intervention at home, as an alternative to admission to psychiatric hospital. You will be a key member of a skilled Multi Disciplinary Team who will offer a wide range of psychological, medical and social interventions to support recovery. You will work as the Clinical Lead within the team, supporting the team with case discussions and formulation, risk management, and decision making. As well as working with a clinical caseload and their families, the home treatment team gatekeeps admissions to, and facilitates early discharge from mental health inpatient settings. This role will involve flexible working across a 7 day a week service. Why Somerset?
