Proven experience in technical leadership roles such as service delivery, program management, or architecture. A holistic understanding of how different technologies interconnect and align with business goals. Exceptional communication skills, particularly in translating technical concepts into business value for senior leaders. Strong relationship-building skills with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Solid understanding of core technical infrastructure, including Microsoft 365 and both public and private cloud environments. Desirable
Certifications in project management or change management. Experience in designing and implementing technical or service-based solutions, ideally within an IT managed service environment.
