Drafting and issuing candidate communication Assisting with all aspects of Early Careers recruitment Assisting with scheduling of interviews and assessments and preparation of interview materials Management of background check process for all new hires Attendance at and supporting preparation for recruitment events Recruitment systems administration Ensuring candidates have a positive experience Work with internal clients and external resources to ensure that Talent Acquisition strategies, programs, and tools provide a pipeline of qualified talent for employee positions Serve as a primary source of staffing and recruitment advice, consultation, and education to determine position requirements and effective recruitment strategies Provide consulting services and build collaborative relationships with internal clients (HRBPs, hiring managers, senior leaders); provide updates and conduct status calls based on client need (reporting, sourcing efforts, and recruiting analytics) TA project work as required Other ad hoc tasks as required Essential skills
Achieved a 2.1 classification in a Human Resources or Business degree A minimum of 2 years’ post-graduate commercial experience within a recruitment/HR Position (at least 1 year’s experience in recruitment) Experience with volume recruitment Experience with candidate sourcing Experience using recruitment IT systems Desirable skills
