What you'll do Lead the delivery and governance of multiple large-scale projects and programmes. Be responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of new Technology capability or enhancements to current Technology capability. Compile & own your Project Plan, bringing together multiple plans and dependencies across a range of teams. Regularly manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies), governing milestones, and ensuring adherence in line with your project plan. Embed lean governance operating models, valuing ownership, responsiveness, predictability, and transparent delivery. Manage project finances and supplier commercials, including internal Capex/Opex. Set and adjust budget forecasts for the project, based on business dynamics and historical trends of delivery. Establish a heartbeat of reviews and reporting to the Digital Portfolio Manager. Who you are Demonstrate a broad range of experience in End-to-End project delivery utilising lean program governance. Experience in managing high complex projects with cross-functional impact. Understanding of both application and software development lifecycle. Experience in managing cross-cultural teams & working with system integrators / 3rd parties. Demonstrate key leadership standards and manage, motivate & develop a direct team in a matrix environment. Great stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
