NPI Project Manager

This key role will manage the entire lifecycle of NPI projects, giving you full ownership and allowing you to shape their success from start to finish.

Based in a state-of-the-art facility, this company designs and manufactures cutting-edge technology that is key for multiple high-tech industries.

This position is open to professionals at various career stages—whether you're a seasoned Project Engineer ready to step up or an established Project Manager seeking a fresh challenge.

You will need a good understanding of electro-mechanical systems and the ability to communicate with cross-functional teams.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home one day per week. However, regular on-site presence is essential to oversee the exciting, high-calibre projects planned for completion.

To excel in this role, you will need:

A degree or relevant qualifications in engineering. Proven experience with Stage-Gate methodology to effectively control projects and manage documentation. NPI experience within a high-tech manufacturing environment. Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
