Senior Project Coordinator – Cyber Capacity Building

Location: Remote (with international travel opportunities) Industry: Government, Defense, Critical Infrastructure Do you thrive in managing complex, impactful projects with global reach? We seek a Senior Project Coordinator to lead the design, development, and delivery of cyber range scenarios and exercises for clients in government, defence, and critical infrastructure sectors. This role is perfect for someone who excels in exercise coordination, technical project management, and capacity building and wants to work on projects that have a global impact. What You Will Do: Oversee the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of cyber range scenarios, exercises and related capacity-building activities like training. Manage timelines, resources, and technical teams to ensure successful exercise execution. Work closely with cyber range developers, SMEs, and organisational stakeholders to align project goals with delivery outcomes. Support the development of conceptual, technical, and methodological exercises, ensuring high-quality design and execution. Contribute to capacity-building initiatives that align exercises with skills development objectives for global clients. Manage logistics, stakeholder communication, and post-exercise evaluations. Ensure continuous improvement through feedback, quality assurance, and after-action reporting. What You Bring: 5–8+ years of experience in project coordination/management in cybersecurity exercises, simulations, or TTXs. Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder, multicultural projects in dynamic environments. Experience and understanding of cyber range methodologies and exercise lifecycles (concept, design, execution, and review). Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, NIST). Exceptional organisational, planning, and communication skills. Experience with large-scale capacity-building initiatives or skills assessment frameworks (e.g., SCYWF).
