PR & Social Media Manager - Full-time - Glasgow HQ

The Role:
We're looking for a PR & Social Media Manager to lead our storytelling and growth, engaging over 1 million followers across 12 pages and four platforms.
You'll love all things social and online, leading the social content team to devise creative content and strategies for our deals, events, and venues whilst working closely with our Campaign Creative Manager, in-house videographer, and design team to plan and execute a busy schedule of activity across all our platforms.
You'll be multi-skilled and passionate about social and media comms and ideally come armed with key relationships with influencers and online journalists. You'll love the ever-evolving nature of social platforms and work with the teams to be at the forefront of creative trends and changing algorithms.
From launching GlasGLOW to showcasing luxury spas; building our membership or developing the online strategy for Maggie's Rock n' Rodeo, you'll be the expert in social storytelling and planning.
Based in Glasgow, the role involves travel across Scotland for on-site content creation and time 'on-site' during major events. A driving licence is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Line Management:
You'll be a driven, organised and exceptional people manager. You'll lead from the front and have a proven track record of developing team members and taking people on a journey to deliver outstanding results. Social Media Management:
You'll manage itison's presence across all our platforms with particular focus on growth strategies and running a forward schedule of content across all our platforms and businesses. Content Creation:
You'll love producing and directing content with excellent copy and presentation skills to bring them to life. Media & Comms:
You'll build on and offline media and influencers into the deliverables for creative campaigns across all areas of the businesses and lead online and social PR delivery for key events & launches. Content Strategy Development:
You'll work with the teams to bring content strategies to life aligned with itison's marketing goals. Analytics and Reporting:
Collaborate with our ops team to analyse performance and provide actionable insights. Innovation and Trends:
Monitor industry trends and adopt emerging tools to enhance content. Qualifications and Experience: PR or Marketing degree or proven field experience with results. Line management or team leadership experience. Strong social media and content creation experience in a consumer setting. Exceptional creativity, design sense, and communication skills. Proficiency in analytics tools and CMS (e.g., Hootsuite). Experience in content direction from ideation to execution. Salary and benefits package: Salary £40k - £45k + bonus depending on experience.
