Graphic Designer

DB Recruitment is recruiting for an exciting position with a large D&B Construction company based in Reading. Designing workplace/office interiors is essential, so experience in this industry is highly desirable. The position of Graphic Designer would suit someone ideally with 2-3 years of experience, who has a portfolio and experience in a similar position, but who is also hungry and driven to grow with a rapidly expanding company. You will be responsible for running the bid documents and making the role your own. Being the first in this role will enable you to shape it your way and eventually grow beneath you. Confidence is key, as you will be working across the business with various departments. This is a client-facing role, requiring someone who is willing to take ownership and come up with new ideas and procedures. We are looking for a very creative person who wants to make an impact. Traveling distance to Reading is required, but a flexible working approach is available, with in-office work expected 5 times per week.
