To join the SHEQ team and play a vital role in assuring the quality of work undertaken across the @one Alliance, from project inception to asset delivery and handover to support the safe and efficient delivery of schemes, we are looking for a Quality Manager to join the team. What will you be doing as our new Quality Manager? As our new Quality Manager, your role will be key to providing the @one Alliance with analysis of work carried out and creating salient reports to show where work doesn’t meet the standard expected. Working with project teams and suppliers to ensure all work is up to standards, where work does not meet standards, you’ll lead processes to ensure that future defects are avoided. Therefore, you’ll play a vital part in enabling @one Alliance to improve the quality of work carried out and reduce the need to revisit future defects, improving customer and stakeholder confidence. Key responsibilities: Assure that products built on-site or at supply chain premises are delivered to the required design and standard by carrying out pre-delivery quality inspections and witness testing as identified in the project plan. Escalate concerns and agree remedial actions with the project delivery teams and record these as lessons learnt and rework within M2I. Support the Site Manager in delivering ITP and witness testing pre/during/post critical on-site activities as identified in the project plan. Ensure the M2I rework list content is up to date, monitor corrective actions and ensure they are closed out. Ensure data is submitted on a monthly basis and delivery documentation completed promptly to enable project close out. Work actively and supportively at the direction of the Line Manager to ensure the AMS remains current, is followed, and reflective of @one Alliance activities, values, and stakeholder needs. Audit projects against CPMS, IPT, and quality management systems, etc. Work actively and supportively at the direction of the Line Manager to ensure @one Alliance and AW teams are competent and able to utilise all aspects of the AMS through the development and delivery of workshops, data updates, process training, and system familiarisation. A little bit about your skills, experience and behaviours… To join the SHEA team, you’ll have previous experience working within the water industry. Additionally, you’ll have experience with lead auditing and detailed knowledge of ISO9001. You’ll hold strong IT skills, especially in databases and Excel, and have the ability to communicate to a wide range of audiences. Operating with a collaborative approach, you’ll hold strong stakeholder management skills and be confident in challenging and influencing groups and individuals at all levels.
