As a Care Assistant, you will: Provide high-quality personal care tailored to individual needs. Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication, and mobility. Monitor health and wellbeing. Offer emotional support and companionship to clients. Encourage customer independence. Accompany customers to appointments and social outings. Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with team members and families. What We Look For:
A kind, caring, and compassionate nature. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A desire to learn and develop within a supportive team. Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential – full training is provided! Must be a local UK resident (We are currently unable to accept international applications and cannot provide COS switches at this time). Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Benefits:
