Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Field Executive, you will play a crucial part in representing our brand in the field and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market trends using IT tools. Manage your time effectively to ensure all client visits are scheduled efficiently. Communicate regularly with management regarding progress towards sales goals and market feedback. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or a similar role is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication abilities. Familiarity with IT systems and tools relevant to sales processes. Exceptional time management skills to optimise daily schedules and client visits. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
