Oversee the company wide change agenda Implement frameworks across major projects and small change committees Prioritisation of change programme Lead on change committees and assess change benefits Take accountability for the company wide change plan Regularly lead at executive level to produce results along with managing internal and external stakeholders by communicating project updates and escalations Attend and visit sites regularly to own, manage and be responsible for projects Coordinate with cross-functional teams including external advisors Prepare and produce documentations that serves as a basis for senior stakeholder decisions Conduct extensive, accurate analyses of the business operations and determine any further requirements Build, monitor and report Management Information (MI) from internal systems Produce key data analysis in a timely manner for senior stakeholders and line management reviews Continue to improve change processes and tools for project management What we’re looking for:
