About the Role
This role is perfect for an experienced and motivated Admin Manager to lead a small but dynamic team. In this role, you’ll take charge of managing a range of internal and external admin processes, manage ticket workflows, ensuring deadlines (SLAs) are met for processing contracts, and offering project support to the Head of Shared Services.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the Team
Manage and support a team of admin professionals, helping them stay on top of their game
Delegate tasks and responsibilities fairly while keeping an eye on deadlines
Encourage team development by sharing feedback and providing opportunities to grow
Support your team with queries, escalations and regular 121’s
Cascade information as necessary and communicate this effectively to the team
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration
Running the Admin Show
Oversee daily admin processes, making sure everything ‘runs like clockwork’
Learn our processes and ensure support is being handled swiftly and accurately
Work with other teams to smooth out any bumps in cross-department tasks
Keep an eye on documentation to make sure it’s accurate, complete, and up-to-date
Undertake regular audits of our systems to ensure work is being performed to best level
Monitor incoming administration ticket requests, ensuring everything is prioritised and actioned quickly
Work out the best ways to streamline ticket resolution without cutting corners
Share regular updates and stats on performance with the team and senior leaders
Keeping on Top of SLAs
Make sure we’re hitting all deadlines for processing contracts and other key tasks
Spot any potential delays early and work with the team to get things back on track
Build great relationships with stakeholders to keep communication open and challenges minimal
Oversee regular review of all systems to ensure our business is delivering on its promised service levels
Supporting Shared Services Projects
Provide project support to the Head of Shared Services
Help create reports, presentations, and other materials
Act as a key point of contact between the Head of Shared Services, other teams, and external partners
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
A background in admin and/or business operations management, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Confident organising workflows and leading a team to meet deadlines
Great communication and people skills—you know how to get the best out of your team
A sharp eye for detail and a knack for solving problems on the fly
Familiarity with tools like ticketing systems, Microsoft Office, and portals
Nice-to-Have Extras
Experience working in a shared services function
Knowledge of project management principles or relevant experience
Understanding of contract management systems and workflows
Experience from within a Sales Administration environment
Experience of BI software/report production
