Varied caseload to include M & A, disposals, joint ventures, investments, buy ins, buy outs, shareholder agreements and corporate governance. High quality client base. You will work on a caseload of complex and often high profile matters. At a greater PQE, you will be managing your own transactions. Excellent opportunities for progression - this is a key role in an expanding team. Participation in BD and client activities.
