They are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join their esteemed team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial property matters, providing high-quality legal advice to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities: Handling a variety of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, option agreements, etc. Advising clients on landlord and tenant matters. Managing development projects and related legal issues. Conducting due diligence and drafting relevant documentation. Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property law. Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions and landlord and tenant law. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines.
