This is a new to market role within this city law firm's tax team. The four partner team is actively looking for a Senior Associate with at least five years PQE in a client-facing, fee-earning role in a law firm. Role Overview:
This is a new opportunity with a well-known city law firm's tax team. They are seeking a Senior Associate with a minimum of five years PQE to join this client-focused practice. This role will be instrumental in providing expert tax advice and support on a range of complex transactions. Key Responsibilities: Structured real estate transactions M&A, joint venture, and other corporate transactions Hedge and debt funds, real estate, and other asset classes International tax structures and cross-border transactions Structured finance and capital markets Insolvency and restructuring Relevant VAT and indirect tax issues Candidate Requirements: Be an England and Wales qualified lawyer (or have the appropriate qualification to practice in the UK or a common law jurisdiction) Have at least five years PQE in a client-facing, fee-earning role within a law firm Possess substantial experience in structuring and transactions both within the UK and internationally This team is passionate and committed to providing top-tier tax advice and this role is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile cases and to further your career in a global law firm renowned for excellence.
