Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with our overall business goals and objectives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, design) to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Lead the creative direction for brand campaigns, including the development of key messaging, positioning, and tone of voice. Manage and cultivate relationships with KOLs and influencers, identifying and leveraging their unique strengths to enhance our brand's reach and engagement. Guide the design and production of visual assets, such as logos, packaging, and digital content, to ensure they reflect the brand's core values and aesthetic. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of branding initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, proactively suggesting new ideas and approaches to enhance our brand's position in the market.

Job Requirements A minimum of 8-15 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a related field. A strong portfolio that showcases your work in branding. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster collaboration. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software. An affinity for creativity, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.
