As the Business Development Manager at Vista, you will play a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of our organization, maintaining our reputation as the Global leader in private aviation. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Presales & Direct, you will be working directly with Sales Consultants, driving their performance to meet and exceed sales goals. You will also be a key contributor to the development and execution of sales strategies, fostering a culture of excellence. Your Responsibilities

Sales Team Development Recruit, onboard, and train Sales Consultants. Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales team culture. Sales Strategy and Planning Collaborate with the Sales Leadership to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Identify regional market trends, opportunities, and threats to adjust the sales approach accordingly. Sales Process Optimization Continuously improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and report on sales metrics and KPIs. Product Knowledge and Training Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors and product knowledge. Provide ongoing training and development to Sales Consultants to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills. Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven track record in sales, including experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. Ability to motivate and lead a high-performing sales team. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills. Results-driven and goal-oriented.
