Location: Heathrow The successful candidate will report to the Operations Team Leader for the day-to-day running of customers' import and export requirements, ensuring procedures are followed and the department remains profitable, efficient, and focused. Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own time to best efficiency for the business. Monitor the systems and processes throughout the department & inform Operations Team Leader of any ideas for change. Ensure all shipments (imports and exports) are processed in a timely manner. Prompt processing of customer invoicing and passing of supplier costs to meet KPIs. Report any issues to the Operations Team Leader if they cannot be dealt with by yourself or will take an extended amount of time to complete. Ensure procedures are followed at all times. Make sure company standards are followed, and the customer experience is a positive one. Qualifications:
