Senior Product Designer Salary: Up to £90k Based: London (2-4 days a week in office) This role will be pivotal to shaping the future of boardroom experiences by incorporating AI-driven knowledge discovery, dynamic meetings, and seamless collaboration within a secure and adaptable ecosystem. Responsibilities: Take ownership and lead the end-to-end design process, overseeing conceptualisation to execution. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, integrating them into core design processes. Demonstrate comprehensive skills in both UI and UX Design. Foster a deep understanding of user needs and behaviours through engagement with co-founders and clients. Handle a high level of responsibility, contributing to the strategic vision of the product. Drive innovation by contributing creative ideas and solutions to enhance the overall product experience. Requirements: 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines. Experience working within a start-up/scale-up environment. Embrace a mindset of continuous growth, always striving to elevate your skills and offering inventive ideas to enhance and advance the product. Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and ideas effectively. Expertise in leading the entire design process, from concept to execution.
