Position Overview

Tower Hamlets is looking for a dedicated and proactive Parking Investigations Officer to join our team, reporting directly to the Parking Functions Manager. As a Parking Investigations Officer, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving cases related to fraudulent use of Blue Badges, as well as other parking-related violations. Your work will help maintain the integrity of parking systems and ensure that disabled parking provisions are fairly used by those who truly need them. Key Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve cases related to fraudulent use of Blue Badges. Address other parking-related violations. Collaborate with key partners to ensure optimal outcomes for residents, businesses, and visitors. Maintain the integrity of parking systems. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual used to working in pressurised and political environments at a strategic level.
