Role Summary As a Recruiter you will be a high achiever, with a passion to deliver operational excellence. Key Duties & Responsibilities Develop knowledge and understanding of client services and their associated disciplines. Develop knowledge and an understanding of current market rates and conditions within your sector, in order to effectively consult with both candidates and clients. Build a large network of potential candidates appropriate to the types of requirements you receive from your client base. Advertise vacancies using all appropriate methods including, but not limited to, social media and job boards to identify and attract suitable candidates. Ensure all relevant candidate information is accurately and efficiently recorded, updated and maintained on the CRM system. Source and select suitably qualified candidates to meet all existing and projected requirements. Check all relevant certification and qualifications meet the position requirements, along with its validity prior to submitting a candidate to a client. Collaborate with the business support team, to ensure accurate start of work details are sent and returned to candidates. Ensure candidates are issued with appropriate PPE, relevant to client requests. Proactively work with clients to understand their recruitment requirements. Strive to develop an excellent relationship with the client base, with regular communication over the phone and in person. Provide clients with regular updates on market conditions to support appropriate decision making on resource. Support the development of the client base to achieve business growth. Adopt and fully integrate recruitment software and IMS procedures into your working practice. Skills, Abilities & Knowledge Excellent work ethic, with a passion to deliver operational excellence. Motivated to achieve targets and objectives. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
